All parcels are sent via DPD courier if your items are damaged or in a poor state please refuse items so that it is returned to us.... Once a parcel is signed for we cannot take any responsibility for damaged items. Once the parcel has been returned to us , we will contact you to arrange redelivery of replacement items.
Anyone with a Shop/Business or buying our product to resell can no longer use our discount codes as they are designed for retail customers only and run the risk of orders being cancelled & refunded.
